It is possible to be issued store credit if your item meets the requirement, but please first get in touch with our customer support team and they will be able to assist you. Shipping To return your product, you should email bullvet03@hotmail.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
